Tzatziki

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 a large cucumber

1 1/2 cups of plain Greek yogurt

2 large garlic cloves minced 

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of fresh dill

DIRECTIONS:

Peel and grate the cucumber.

Drain it using a cheesecloth or your hands.

Mix the yogurt with garlic, oil, vinegar, and salt in a large bowl. 

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Mix in the dill and cucumber.

Serve with pita bread.
