Pancakes

Ingredients:

3/4 cup milk

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 cup all-purpose flour

3 1/2 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 egg

1 1/2 tbs oil
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Measure out the milk and add the vinegar to make buttermilk.

Mix the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowls. 

Add the egg, oil, and vanilla. 

Once mixed, add the milk and mix well. 

Heat a pan on medium heat.

Measure out 1/4 - 1/2 cup of batter and cooked. 

Flip once it stops bubbling. 

Serve with fruits, maple syrup, etc.
